On the 14 of November there was held conference “Development of business through the organization of business process management and enterprise content management (BPM & ECM)” in the capital of Uzbekistan - Tashkent. This conference was organized by OLSOFT Company in cooperation with Business Logic 2.0 (Russia), Metasonic AG (Germany), Uzinfocom (Uzbekistan), and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.

The aim of this conference was to show how information systems can be improved, by refining the enterprise management, increasing the profitability, decreasing costs, and upgrading the quality of monitoring, what requires implementation of ECM.

The modern ECM (Enterprise Change Management) techniques allows employees work faster, effectively and efficiently. That is why implementation of ECM requires synchronic implementation of new business processes. The integration of BPM and ECM leads to increase of the effectiveness of business processes.

This conference was oriented on the business and government organizations leaders, top managers and IT directors of small and medium businesses.
